About Us Bloonies

These terms apply to services offered by BLOONIES, a Singapore‑registered company

Scope of Services

Services may include: event planning & management, balloons & flowers decoration, dessert table setup, logistics, photography, entertainers, etc.
Final deliverables and scope are defined in your request, with confirmation of overall cost/design prior to your event. 

Booking & Confirmation

  1. To confirm a booking, a non‑refundable deposit 50% is required.

    All bookings will have to be confirmed with deposit prior to the event date, subject to availability. Deposit required is to allow time for planning and sourcing of the materials. Orders are only considered confirmed once invoice or final confirmation is sent by us and deposit is paid.
     

  2. Slots are given on a first-come first-serve basis. 
     

  3. For larger events, please allow for longer lead times (eg; 21 days)
     

  4. Last minute bookings may incurr additional charges. 
     

  5. BLOONIES is a registered company on Vendors@SG. For government entities, we accept payment and invoicing through the portal. Please contact us for further clarifications. 

Postponement & Cancellation Policy

  1. Postponement must be requested prior to your event and may incur fees depending on timing/details. Slots are subject to availability. 
     

  2. Postponement will only be allowed minimum of 48 hours prior to the event, due to unforseen circumstances, and rescheduling is to be made within the current calender year. *Only applicable for setups without custom prints*. 
     

  3. Once deposit is made, slot is considered confirmed and we will begin the designing process.
    ​​​

Refunds

  1. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon Delivery/Self-Collection.
     

  2. Item returned will be inspected and only refunded when item is deemed properly damaged. A refund or exchange will be provided in the instance where item is not in proper working condition. 
     

  3. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, either through bank transfer or Paynow. 
     

  4. Products returned because of a defect will be refunded in full after delivery costs have been deducted. 
     

  5. The cost of return transportation is at your expense.
     

  6. You must notify us in writing of any claim that the quantity of Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered within 3 hours from the date and time of delivery.
    If we do not receive such notification within this period, the delivery shall be deemed to be complete and in accordance with your order. In such cases, BLOONIES shall bear no liability for any shortfall, and you shall remain liable to pay the full price as per the Contract.

Payment Terms

  1. Payments of deposit must be made via bank transfer or PayNow (UEN) only. Balance with any other add-ons will be due and collected on the day of the event. Payments of the balance must be made via bank transfer or PayNow (UEN) only. 
     

  2. Other payment methods, applicable only through Vendors@Gov. 
     

  3. Late payment of deposit or balance may lead to loss of slot availability or late payment charges. 

Venue & Setup

  1. Clients must verify venue restrictions (e.g. hotel setup rules, access lifts, public holiday surcharges) in advance.

    • ​If venue disallows setup, no refund will be provided

    • Extra surcharges may apply: e.g. no-lift access ($10/level), public holidays (+$50).​​

Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide event information, approvals, necessary information in a timely manner. 

    • If approval for BLOONIES is granted prior to the setup day, and venue restricts entry, BLOONIES reserves the right to cancel their service.
      ​

  2. Secure necessary permits, licenses, insurance (unless specified that we manage them).

Intellectual Property & Media

  1. Display of promotional images, videos, and attendee feedback may be used unless declined in writing.
     

  2. Conceptual content, designs, proposals remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
     

  3. The Client hereby grants BLOONIES the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs or videos taken of the Client, or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, marketing, promotional, advertising, or any other lawful purpose, in any manner or medium. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, print publications, and other promotional materials.
     

  4. The Client further agrees that BLOONIES may edit, alter, or modify such media without restriction and holds the copyright to all such materials. The Client waives any right to inspect or approve the final materials and releases any and all claims to compensation or profits that may arise from the use of such media.

Copying of design

  1. Designs and reference pictures provided by client will be followed as an inspiration, please do not expect an exact replica or style. 

Factors beyond resonable control

  1. BLOONIES is not liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, weather, legal restrictions) 
     

  2. Obligations may be suspended or re‑scheduled as necessary.

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Participant or guest data collected for registration or marketing will be handled per PDPA regulations.
     

  2. Consent is assumed for capture of images/footage unless explicitly declined.

Amendments

  1. BLOONIES reserves the right to vary these Terms from time to time, with notice given before acceptance of booking or provision of services

Law and Jurisdiction

  1. All contracts for the purchase of Products through BLOONIES shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
